Shortcut Options

This property box determines what the Find Entries activity will do if it finds a shortcut.

To configure Shortcut Options

1. Add the Find Entries activity to your workflow definition by dragging it from the Toolbox Pane and dropping it in the Designer Pane.
2. Select the activity in the Designer Pane.
3. Under Shortcut Options in the Properties Pane, select one of the following.

   

   • Document/Folder: Returns the document or folder the shortcut references.
   • Shortcuts: Returns the shortcut.
